Originally from Australia, Sarah has lived in Placerville for over a decade where she works as a river guide. She began teaching yoga in 2014 and her classes have evolved to reflect the practical presence that is cultivated when one spends a lot of time in a boat on the river. Sarah is inspired to help others connect with their bodies through a loving and nurturing practice of mindful movement. Her classes emphasize the importance of breath and mindful transitions. Sarah strives to create classes that leave students feeling cared for and balanced, both physically and emotionally.
