She strives to empower clients to create deeper connections between their mind and body, in order to move through life with intention, efficiency, and confidence.
In addition to teaching Pilates, Nichol has taught an array of dance disciplines and techniques, choreography, dance improvisation, and dance history for University of Arizona, Creighton University, University of Nebraska – Lincoln, and Pima Community Colleges. She also enjoys choreographing works for the concert stage, theater, musical theater, exhibitions, and film. This fall she will be choreographing and directing a dance film for TwoPoint4 Dance Theater in Sacramento. Currently, she is an adjunct dance professor at California State University of Sacramento where she teaches various levels of modern and jazz dance techniques, and lectures in Dance History and Dance Cultures of America.
