Gina Davis

Gina’s journey into yoga started as a young college student. Having little insight of the yoga world, but great curiosity, she made the transformative decision of taking a beginners look into the yoga principles as an elective at her university. From this point on, yoga was fundamental in guiding her life’s path.

Early in her career as a pediatric nurse, unfamiliar levels of stress and anxiety were presented. Yoga was the avenue she found to move through and obtain balance. The same was felt when becoming a mother. Great strength and calmness were discovered whenever she’d stop, breathe, and connect with the body and mind.

After taking a major leap of faith with her family by moving from one coast to another, Florida to California, she felt the drive to dig deeper into her practice. Her passion led her to completing a 200 hour YTT, followed by further teachings that helped her specialize in her passion of sharing the yoga experience with children.

Gina strongly feels that an introduction to the powerful tools of breath and body at a young age connect a soul to the here and now, a gift to both our future and the present world.
