We cherish CONNECTion. Connection to self, community, nature & the shared journey of healing. Our studio provides movement that is inclusive, inspiring & filled with love & compassion. We can’t always change the world, but we can change the way we see it and the ways in which we are reacting to it. And that can change your life. That’s what CONNECT is all about. Remembering who we are, touching in on the sacred, finding our center and dusting off the tools in our belt. The real yoga starts when we leave the safety of these walls. How are you showing up in the world? Is it in line with the intentions of your highest self? Sometimes yes, sometimes no. We help each other remember our truth and stay open to it’s constant expansion.

Our light filled studio is equipped with Radiant Heat panels. We offer both heated & non-heated classes for everyBODY! Each class is a SoulFULL offering to bring a deeper CONNECTion to your body, mind, breath, heart & soul!


All our flow classes are a guide out of your head & into your heart. We deepen our connection to the breath; the soundtrack to our practice. We offer Heated Flows, Slow Flows & Soul Flows to bring harmony to your mind, body & spirit.

Hatha Flow-ish

This class invites you to slow down, soften & dive deep. We hold postures for a longer amount of time allowing the winds of the body to redirect, getting intimate with the breath. This class is filled with pranayama, guided meditation and some times mantra as well. Come connect to your heart & soul.

Heated Yoga Hour

This is your morning wake up. A time to connect to your body, your breath & your spirit. We check in with where we are at & set our intentions for the day; how we want to show up for ourselves & others. Sometimes this class takes a gentle approach & other days it's more fiery. Come greet yourself with compassion before the world rushes in.

Pilates Mat Class

Students will be guided through a one hour Pilates class designed to utilize breath, body awareness, and controlled movements to cultivate core strength and improve posture, flexibility, and balance. Other areas of focus include but are not limited to correcting muscle imbalances, prevention of injuries, pain management, increased stability and range of motion, developing an evenly conditioned body. Students will be encouraged to create deeper connections between mind and body in order to apply concepts learned to daily life.

Barre is the UlTIMATE sculpting workout. We fatigue each major muscle group through low impact, high intensity movements. This class increases agility & flexibility. Get ready to shake & burn to the beat!

Yin targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues–ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascial networks. Yin yoga also helps improve the flow of prana/chi (life force) in the organs & regulate our nervous system. In a world of so much outward doing, going within is a radical act of SELF LOVE!
