We can’t always change the world, but we can change the way we see it and the ways in which we are reacting to it. And that can change your life. That’s what CONNECT is all about. Remembering who we are, touching in on the sacred, finding our center and dusting off the tools in our belt. The real yoga starts when we leave the safety of these walls. How are you showing up in the world? Is it in line with the intentions of your highest self? Sometimes yes, sometimes no. We help each other remember our truth and stay open to it’s constant expansion.

Our light filled studio is equipped with Radiant Heat panels. We offer both heated & non-heated classes for everyBODY! Each class is a SoulFULL offering to bring a deeper CONNECTion to your body, mind, breath, heart & soul!


Barre is the UlTIMATE sculpting workout. We fatigue each major muscle group through low impact, high intensity movements. This class increases agility & flexibility. Get ready to shake & burn to the beat!

Gentle Yoga

Give yourself the gift of slowing down, being together in community, and having a visit with yourself. Both strength and mobility practices are offered throughout our time together, focusing on sustainability of practice (i.e., healthy movement of joints and ranges of motion) to give your body a nice variety of movement to complement your day-to-day movement patterns.

Parent+Tot Yoga

Join us for a playful yoga and movement session for little ones and parents, instilling a love for our bodies, hearts, and togetherness. Toddlers and young children (ages 1-5yrs) are welcome to come move and groove with their mom or caregiver. We move with love, play in joy, ground in peace, and take on various forms and shapes in our bodies to free our minds and create presence together.

Bring your belly or your baby! Prenatal and postnatal yoga is suitable and safe for ever-changing bodies. Mindfulness practices are woven throughout movement and stillness. We close each session with a women's sharing circle, focusing on community building, vulnerability, and sharing our strengths and struggles along our journey.

Kaiut works with the body in the way that the body was designed by nature to move. This is an inclusive method, using simple shapes to create a format of yoga accessible to all practitioners regardless of flexibility, strength, age, or experience. It has been designed to work through chronic pain & injuries, general aches & stiffness, and work for the inflexible, hyper flexible and the aging body.
