Students will be guided through a one hour Pilates class designed to utilize breath, body awareness, and controlled movements to cultivate core strength and improve posture, flexibility, and balance. Other areas of focus include but are not limited to correcting muscle imbalances, prevention of injuries, pain management, increased stability and range of motion, developing an evenly conditioned body. Students will be encouraged to create deeper connections between mind and body in order to apply concepts learned to daily life.
